"Schwartzy helped us produce our annual Gala as a livestream event during Covid since we couldn't do it in person. It was a 3 month process and more complex than anybody expected since livestreams of this nature were new territory for everyone. They got celebrities to perform, produced pre-recorded videos, and handled the entire live program. Everything went perfectly and we were able to raise $1.5 million for cancer prevention. We are very happy with our partnership with Schwartzy. Aaron and his team did a fantastic job."

How we work.

No two projects are the same, so we don't force them into the same box.

Some jobs call for a full production crew and a stacked team due to the scale of the production requirements. Others we can cover with just a few people who know exactly what they're doing. We really scale to fit whatever the project is in front of us, so you're never paying for more than your project actually needs.

We build the right team for each job with pros we've worked with for years, matched to the specific skillsets that your project needs. That's also why bigger production companies bring us in to partner on TV shows, documentaries, and global brand campaigns. And it's why a small business can call us for one great video and get the same care as the big stuff.

Big project or small one, the first step is the same: a conversation.

How it started.

After serving four years of active duty in the United States Marine Corps, Aaron (Schwartzy Founder), spent nearly two decades as a Principal at a large executive search firm (recruiting) in the Washington D.C. area placing c-suite executives into companies. But in 2006, the same year that YouTube launched, his journey into video production began with a simple vacation video. During a trip to Aruba with his girlfriend, and not having a clue as to what he was doing, Aaron created a fun vacation recap and uploaded the video to that brand new website called YouTube where you can post your own videos. A few months later, Marriott saw it and offered the couple a free, all-expenses-paid return trip to the resort. Marriott even put out a press release crediting Aaron’s Youtube video to helping the brand understand the emerging power of social media, specifically guest-perspective videos (an entirely new thing at that time). That story made the front page of USA Today, which sparked the beginning of an exciting new hobby for Aaron, who continued to make videos purely for the fun of it all and posting them on his Youtube.

In 2015, Travel Channel stumbled upon another one of Aaron’s vacation videos, this time showcasing “Havasupai” - a beautiful hidden oasis with turquoise-blue waterfalls deep within the Grand Canyon. They asked to purchase his footage and created a TV pilot featuring fun groups of friends exploring “secret swimming holes.” The pilot tested through the roof, and Aaron was invited to shoot more episodes / locations. Balancing his office job and this exciting new opportunity, Aaron eventually took a sabbatical to film the show as things kept evolving and began to go international. Four successful TV seasons later, having traveled all over the world and experienced video production as an actual job, Aaron decided to leave office life behind and embark on a brand new career.

Since then, Aaron has filled two passports (the 3rd is almost full and it’s the thick one), collaborated with major brands and celebrities, won an Emmy Award, shot a doc series that was nominated for a Webby award, developed numerous TV series, and helped countless businesses grow through video. He even helped raise $1.5 Million for the fight against cancer with one live stream project. And the best part? Things are just getting started.

The adventure continues…
